My name is Ryan Gaynor and I’m a certified second-generation hypnotherapist. I grew up learning from my dad, esteemed hypnotherapist Kerry Gaynor, founder of The Kerry Gaynor Method, who has helped thousands of people throughout his forty-year career.  I’m the only other hypnotherapist to practice The Kerry Gaynor Method. While my father inspired me to enter this field, I received my official certification with renowned master teacher and hypnotherapist, Paul McKenna. I am fortunate to have learned and been trained from the best of the best and my mission is to help as many people as possible in a safe, inclusive, culturally aware and gender-affirming environment.

I have experienced the profound impact hypnotherapy can have on helping people having worked with various clients of all ages, on all kinds of issues.

At RGHYPNO, I specialize in helping individuals conquer various addictions, including smoking nicotine products, marijuana, alcohol, and other drug abuse. Additionally, I provide support for tackling issues such as test anxiety, generalized anxiety, trouble sleeping, fears, weight loss, pre-surgery preparation, hypnobirthing, preparing the mind and body for pregnancy, and enhancing peak performance in sports and public speaking.
